Course Manager

The Wilmslow Golf Club has a vacancy for an inspirational and highly qualified Course Manager who possesses the passion and skill to continue to develop and improve one of the finest golf courses in the north-west, with the ultimate aim of re-establishing Wilmslow to its position as a must play venue for members and visitors alike. Wilmslow has been a stand out course for many years as a regional Open qualifier, host to the Manchester Open and Martini Cup, as well as staging regular County and England Golf tournaments.  Wilmslow also plays host to an annual amateur world ranking event and prestigious foursomes event.

The new Course Manager must be dedicated to deliver excellence, have experience and proven success in organising and motivating his greens team in leading by example, possess extensive knowledge of modern greenkeeping practices and be able to apply these practically and purposefully to the James Braid designed Wilmslow layout.  

The club are committed on investing into the course, illustrated by recent substantial budget increases and orders for over £250,000 of new equipment including an Air2g2 and Ventrac with accessories.
